Senior Tanner Alsteen (Casco, Wis.) dominated on the mound leading Marian to a spot in the NACC Tournament.  He went 4-1 over the month boasting a 2.76 earned run average over 42.1 innings of work.  Alsteen showed his versatility spending time as a starter and in the bullpen totaling nine appearances where he allowed one or fewer earned runs in six of those outings.  He earned a NACC Pitcher of the Week award after throwing a total of 13.0 innings against Edgewood and Dominican where he allowed just one unearned run.  Against Edgewood, he tossed a complete game scattering eight hits and allowing zero earned runs.  Alsteen ranks fifth in the NACC with 56.1 innings pitched.
