(Ashland, WI) - Northland College defeated Marian University 4-1 on Friday evening in MCHA conference play. The Lumberjacks jumped out to a 4-0 lead before Marian scored en route to the victory. Marian is now 17-7 overall and 14-5 in MCHA play. 

The Lumberjacks scored once in the first, twice in the second, and once in the third before Marian lit the lamp.  Brendan Hull (Calgary, AB) scored Marian's only goal off assists from Justin Cormier (Calgary, AB) and Dakota Dubetz (Chestermore, AB). 

Marian out-shot Northland 33-23, but couldn't convert.
