LISLE, Ill. - Marian University women's volleyball (7-22, 4-8 NACC) fell in straight sets to Benedictine with set scores of 25-16, 25-22, and 25-11.
The Sabre offense was able to record 14 kills in the second set but were held to a .000 hitting percentage in the first set and -.094 hitting percentage in the third set. Junior
Kaitlyn Merrill narrowly missed a double-double recording eight kills with 11 digs. Senior
Andrea Miller also had 11 digs in the back row.
Marian closes out NACC play hosting St. Norbert Wednesday, Oct. 26 for a 7 p.m. first serve.
