MILWAUKEE - Marian University men's tennis received 35 votes to finish in seventh in the NACC preseason poll.

Illinois Tech was the league favorite after receiving 126 total points and 14 of the 16 first-place votes.  Concordia Wisconsin received the final two first-place votes to finish with 113 points and secure second place in the poll.  MSOE and Wisconsin Lutheran were separated by just five points with 87 and 82 points, respectively.  The preseason picks for the NACC Tournament were rounded out by Wisconsin Lutheran and St. Norbert.  The Sabres were picked just seven points below Lakeland for the final NACC Tournament, while Concordia Chicago rounded out the poll.  Edgewood returns to action this season after a couple of seasons  but all of their matches will be non-conference this year.
