Quick start propels Marian men's lacrosse past Monmouth

KENOSHA, Wis. - Marian University men's lacrosse (1-1, 0-0 NACC) earned its first win of the season defeating Monmouth 16-6.

Senior Erik Horman reached 100 career points scoring five goals with four assists.  He also had eight ground balls and two caused turnovers. Freshman Connor Fitzgerald had a team-high nine ground balls with three points. Freshman Jackson Sweeney (1-1) earned his first collegiate win making 11 saves.
