Jackson Sweeney and senior
Erik Horman of Marian University men's lacrosse have been named the NACC Players of the Week.
Sweeney (Hastings, Minn.)
led Marian to wins over Spalding and Northland. Sweeney made three saves in a win over Spalding before a big performance against the LumberJacks. Against Northland, Sweeney would make 12 saves with a .667 save percentage while holding the LumberJacks to just two man-up goals on six chances.
Horman (Appleton, Wis.)
earns his third straight NACC Offensive Player of the Week honor as he continued to dominate on the offensive end. He recorded 13 points in wins over Spalding and Northland. Horman opened the week with six goals and four assists against Spalding and then had two goals with an assist against Northland. Horman also had 15 ground balls with 10 coming against the LumberJacks. He scored the eventual game-winner for both victories.

Marian returns to action Saturday, March 18 hosting Northwestern (Minn.) for a 3 p.m. non-conference game.
