Jackson Sweeney has been voted as the NACC Defensive Player of the Week for the second time this season.
Sweeney (Hastings, Minn.) had a dominant appearance in goal leading Marian to a 10-6 win over Cornell in non-conference action.
Sweeney saved 16 shots with a .727 save percentage in the victory, his highest single-game save percentage of the season. He was also able to grab five ground balls. Sweeney is second in the NACC with an 8.60 goals-against average, and ranks third in the conference with a .586 sav percentage.
