DUBUQUE, Iowa - Marian University NCAA men's ice hockey (3-2-0, 0-1-1-1 NCHA) erased a two-goal deficit to earn a 3-2 overtime win at Dubuque.

- The game opened with an evenly-matched opening period with neither team scoring.
- Dubuque broke the ice at the 8:20 mark of the second period and needed just 14 more seconds to take a 2-0 lead.
- The Marian rally began with 1:37 left in the second period when senior Daunte Fortner scored his first gaol of the season with assists to freshman Brendan Bottem and fellow senior Matteo Pecchia.
- Bottem and Fortner then teamed up at the 9:27 mark of the third period to tie the game.
- The goal was the first collegiate score for Bottem and eventually forced overtime.
- Sophomoore Cole Carlson netted the game-winner to give Marian the extra point with 32 seconds remaining in overtime, assists to sophomore Caden Carlson and junior Noah Pickart.
