MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. - Junior Gus Walker of Marian University baseball has been named to the D3baseball.com Team of the Week.

Walker (Albuquerque, N.M.) helped Marian secure its first sweep over Concordia Chicago in program history with a big performance in game two of a NACC twin bill. Walker went 3-for-4 (.750) driving in five runs and scoring a run of his own. Two of his three hits were doubles, one being a bases-clearing two-bagger, to give him a 1.250 slugging percentage for the game. He would also draw a walk in the victory to give him an .800 on-base percentage.
