Marian women's golf finishes seventh at Benedictine Fall Invite

WEST CHICAGO, Ill. - Marian University women's golf finished with a team score of 337 to finish seventh at the Benedictine Spring Invite.

Yinan Lu won medalist honors for a second straight meet after finishing with a 74.
Jessy Merrell and Katelyn Bucciarelli finished closely together with an 85 and 87, respectively.
The final scorer for Marian was Kadence Ulrich with a 91, and Allison Cink closed out the Sabre lineup at 92.
The second Marian team saw the four scorers finish within three strokes of each other.
Kaydence Harp led the way with a 92, while Hailie Knudtson had a 94.
The duo of Samantha Gutzwiller and Trinity Knudtson each carded a 95, while Caroline Gates had a 110.
Taylor Schaefer competed as an individual carding a round of 108.
Aurora took home the team title with a score of 309.
