2025: Earned all-conference recognition for the second time in her career being named to the honorable mention team.  Heide finishes her Marian career with her best season for goal scoring after finding the back of the cage 32 times.  She also set career-highs for ground balls with 40, caused turnovers with 30, and draw controls at 38.  Heide had four games this season with at least three goals.  She had a season-high five-point game against UWSP where she had three goals to go with two assists.  She also had seven ground balls against Carroll and five caused turnovers against UW-Stout.  Heide exits the Sabre women's lacrosse program third all-time for points, second for assists, and the program leader for caused turnovers.

2024: Started in all 17 games scoring 23 points off of 15 goals and eight assists.  Scored multiple goals in six games with two assists in a pair of games.  Had two goals with two assists against Beloit and at MSOE.  Three of her goals came off of free-position attempts.  Recorded 38 ground balls to go with 26 caused turnovers and 32 draw controls.  Had at least one caused turnover in all but one game with multiple caused turnovers in six games.  She had four caused turnovers against Hendrix and at Elmhurst.  Finished with at least four draw controls in three games with a season-high of five coming at home against Beloit.

2023: Earned her second all-conference award being named an All-NACC Second Team pick.  Heide ranked second on the team in scoring with 39 total points and her 17 assists were good for eighth in the NACC.  She ranked third on the squad with her 22 draw controls, while her seven free-position goals were second on the team.  Heide had four games this season with at least four points and five games with multiple assists.  Her top game came against Wartburg where she scored two goals with four assists to go with three ground balls.

2022: Heide earned honorable mention recognition from the NACC after a strong first campaign as a Sabre.  She was a useful weapon for the Sabres on both ends of the field recording 14 points to go with 26 ground balls and 19 caused turnovers.  Heide had at least one point in 10 of the final 12 games of the season and posted a pair of multi-goal performances.  On the defensive end, she had multiple caused turnovers in six games with a season-best five coming in the victory over Illinois Tech.  She also had a season-high six ground balls in the victory over the Scarlet Hawks.  Then against Concordia Wisconsin, Heide grabbed a season-high eight draw controls and also had one of her multi-goal games.

High School: Played hockey for the Glenview Stars and earned three varsity letters in lacrosse at Bradford High School.  Served as an assistant captain in hockey during her junior season.  Made a pair of appearances at state for both sports.
