2025: Started in all 16 games she appeared in scoring 18 goals with eight assists for 26 total points. Recorded 29 ground balls to go with nine caused turnovers and three draw controls. Scored multiple goals five times with a season-high of four goals coming at Augsburg. She also had an assist against the Auggies as part of a five-point game. She had at least three ground balls in six games and multiple caused turnovers against Cornell.
2024: Started in all 17 games and was the top scorer for Marian with 33 goals. Also had three assists to finish second on the team with 36 total points. Scored at least three goals in six games with a season-high five goals coming in a road win at Edgewood, one of which was the game-winner. Had a second five-point game against UW-Stout where she scored four goals with an assist. Also grabbed 33 ground balls to go with 19 caused turnovers and 11 draw controls. Had five caused turnovers against UW-Stout, thre draw controls at Redlands, and five ground balls at Aurora in the NACC Tournament. Became the first Sabre in program history to reach 100 career goals.
2023: Was named All-NACC Honorable Mention for her second all-conference award in as many years. Newton ranked third on the team with her 36 points scoring 34 goals, which ranked ninth in the NACC. She was also fifth on the team with her 49 ground balls and .716 shot on goal percentage for the season. Newton recorded multiple goals in all but three games this season posting a career-best six goals in the regular season finale against Beloit. She earned the first NACC Offensive Player of the Week award in program history after scoring multiple goals in the season opener at Carthage.
2022: Newton became the first Sabre in program history to be named First Team All-Conference and the second student-athlete in program history to be named Freshman of the Year. She paced the Sabre offense all season long and finished the season seventh in the NACC with 30 goals as part of a 32-point campaign. A consistent scorer, Newton recorded multiple goals in 11 of 15 games and finished the season with at least two goals in the final five games. Her season-high of four goals came against Illinois Tech where the Sabres earned a victory for the first time since 2019. She also had both of her assists for the season come in that game as she recorded six points. She also had at least five draw controls in three games with a season-best seven coming on the road at Cornell. On the defensive, end she finished the season with 25 ground balls and 17 caused turnovers. In a 4-1 win at Beloit, Newton had four ground balls to go with five caused turnovers, both were season-best marks.
