2024: Earned her second all-conference award being named to the first team.  Murphy ranked inside the top 10 of the conference for both ground balls per game and caused turnovers per game.  She would finish 10^th in the NACC with her 1.75 caused turnovers per game and eighth with 3.13 ground balls per game.  She would grab at least five ground balls in four games and had multiple caused turnovers in seven games.  Murphy caused at least one turnover in all but three games during the regular season.  Her best game came in a one-goal win at Edgewood where she had seven caused turnovers to go with five ground balls.

2023: Earned All-NACC Second Team honors for her work on the defensive end of the field for the Sabres.  Murphy ranked 12th in the NACC with her 43 ground balls.  She also had six games this year with multiple caused turnovers finishing the season with 15.  Murphy had an especially strong finish to the season grabbing 14 ground balls with five caused turnovers in the final three games of the season.  As a team, the Marian defense ranked second in the nation with 32.27 ground balls per game, 21st in the nation with 12.87 caused turnovers per game, and second in the NACC for scoring defense at 10.13 goals per game.

2022: Started in all 15 games grabbing 17 ground balls and causing 10 turnovers.  She had four of her caused turnovers come on the road at Goucher.

High School: Earned varsity letters in cross country, basketball, and track and field at East Canton High School.  In cross country, she served as a captain and was a second team all-conference selection to go with two all-county honors.  She was also an honorable mention selection twice.  For basketball, she earned a second-team and honorable mention all-conference honors to go wtih two second-team all-district selections and an all-county honorable mention award.  She was also a first team all-conference selection and regional qualifier in the 4x800 relay.
