Box Score MEQUON, Wis. - Marian University women's lacrosse (0-2, 0-0 NACC) dropped their first road game of the season 19-6 at CUW.
Concordia Wisconsin took control of the game early scoring the first six goals of the game. Freshman Ashtyn Stoor was able to score a pair of goals in the first half along with fellow freshman Nicole Stachon scoring with one minute in the half as the Sabres trailed 14-3.
The second half was much closer with the Sabres outscoring the Falcons in the final part of the half. Stoor finished the game with three goals to go with five ground balls and three caused turnovers. Stachon had multiple goals as well and added four draw controls and just as many ground balls. Freshman Grace Moll (0-2) made 11 saves on 30 shots.
Marian is scheduled to play at home against Benedictine Saturday, April 3 for an 11 a.m. game.
