Derek Lindert drilled six of 12 from beyond the arc as Marian University men's basketball (13-9, 9-6 NACC) earned its third straight win, 94-75, over Wisconsin Lutheran.
- Marian came out firing from beyond the arc, hitting four of five three-pointers to start the game.
- Midway through the first quarter, senior Alex Vassilakis scored eight straight points to put Marian ahead 24-22.
- A 10-2 run from Wisconsin Lutheran gave the Warriors a brief five-point lead, their largest of the game.
- Marian limited the Warriors to four points over the final five minutes of the first half, trimming the deficit to 38-37 at halftime.
- Vassilakis led the Sabres with 11 points and seven rebounds at the break.
- Marian opened the second half with a 14-1 run, as senior Derek Lindert scored 10 of the 14 points.
- Lindert kept the pressure on, sinking two more three-pointers in the next three minutes to push the lead to 15.
- Ja'Quell Chisom tried to keep Wisconsin Lutheran in the game, scoring 14 straight points for the Warriors.
