FOND DU LAC – Marian University men's soccer (0-5-1, 0-2-0 NACC) was unable to overcome an early deficit falling 3-0 to Dominican.
- Dominican got on the board early scoring just 2:43 into the match to take a 1-0 lead.
- The Stars continued to control the offensive attack, outshooting the Sabres 9-0 in the opening half.
- Dominican added its second goal with just 17.4 seconds remaining to take a 2-0 lead into halftime.
- Marian narrowly got on the board in the 80th minute but a shot from Esteban Alvarado rang off of the crossbar.
- Marian looked to cut into the deficit coming out of the break, but the Stars sealed the final scoring with only 5:50 left to play.
- Dominican outshot Marian 21-5 in the match, including a 12-5 advantage in the second half.
- The Stars held a 15-3 advantage in corner kicks.
- The Sabres committed 11 fouls, compared to four by Dominican.
- Marian is now 3-27-0 all-time against Dominican with this being the fourth straight defeat.
