2025-26: Solidified himself as one of the best defenseman to wear a Sabre sweater with another big season.  He finished his season tied for seventh with 21 assists among all skaters, but was tied for second in the category when looking at only defensemen.  His average of 0.78 assists per game was also good for 33rd in the nation for all skaters and seventh for defensemen.  Pickart skated in al 27 games this season recording at least a point 18 times.  He went on to record multiple points in six games with four of those instances being multiple assists.  Pickart had an especially dominant second half of the season recording 15 points over the final 14 games of the regular season.

2024-25: He finished the season with two goals and 18 assists putting him second in the NCHA for points and assists among defenseman.  He opened the season with a dramatic overtime game-winner against Bethel as part of a multi-point game.  Pickart had three other multi-point games posting multiple assists against Aurora, MSOE, and Lake Forest.  From the nine conference series, he was held to one or fewer points in only three of them.  Through 56 career games, Pickart ranks ninth all-time for defenseman assists with 36 and has 44 total points.  Pickart became the first Marian defenseman to earn all-conference honors since Gianni Mangone after the 2016-17 season.

2023-24: Led the team in defenseman scoring with four goals and eight assists for 12 total points over just 15 games as a result of injury ending his season early.  Had a four-point game against (RV) Augsburg scoring two goals with two assists to help him earn an NCHA Star of the Week award.  Was also selected to the Superior Showdown All-Tournament Team.

2022-23: Made an immediate impact on the Sabre defense earning All-NCHA Freshman accolades.  He played in just 14 games this season but finished the year with two goals and 11 assists for 13 total points, good for 10th in the NCHA for defenseman scoring.  He posted four multi-point games this season and closed out the year with eight of his points in the final six games.  Pickart posted a three-assist game on the road at Lake Forest to clinch the No. 6 seed for the Sabres in the NCHA Harris Cup Playoffs.
