Box Score (Fond du Lac, WI) - UW-Eau Claire won 6-0 in the opening game of the weekend series on Friday evening at the Blue Line Family Ice Center. The Blugolds scored twice in the first and four times in the second to move  to 4-2 overall and 2-1 in the NCHA. Marian fell to 0-6-1 overall and 0-4 in the NCHA. 

Taylor Jenkins, Casey McMullen, and Kristin Faber all scored two goals in the victory for UW-Eau Claire. Faber also assisted on a pair of goals, while Dani Kerr tallied two assists. 

The Blugolds out-shot Marian 42-13 in the contest. 

These two teams will face-off tomorrow at 4:00 PM in Fond du Lac.
