Julia (Skenandore) Ravindran remains as one of the most dominant pitchers in Marian softball history and helped lead Marian to an LMC Championship and a berth into the NCAA Tournament during her career.  Ravindran was an LMC All-Conference selection all four seasons of her career and her name remains littered in both the single-season and career record books.  Upon her graduation, Ravindran left Marian as the winningest pitcher in program history with 54 victories and had logged the most innings pitched with 656.  She remains the program leader for shutouts with 16, strikeouts with 558, and complete games with 84.  Ravindran holds the top-two single seasons for strikeouts after logging 187 punch outs in 2004 and 154 in 2005.  Her 2004 season where she set the single-season record for strikeouts saw her lead the Sabres to an LMC Championship after posting 14 wins and two saves behind a single-season program record 1.32 earned-run average.  She would also toss six shutouts that year, the third most for a single season in Sabre history behind 190.2 innings pitched, third-most in program history for a single season.  The year prior in 2003, Ravindran led Marian to an LMC Tournament Championship and berth into the NCAA Tournament after earning 15 victories, tied for the fourth-most in a single season in program history.  Her 2005 season saw her match her 15-win total from her first campaign with a 2.17 earned-run average, ninth-best in program history, with five shutouts, tied for fourth in program history.
