Scott Jaeger was a four-time All-Lake Michigan Conference selection and 2002 First Team Academic All-American for the Marian men's basketball team from 1998-2002.

He finished his career ranked fifth on the all-time scoring list with 1,333 points in 102 career games, all of them starts, while ranking second in three-pointers made and fourth in three-point percentage. His teams won two LMC regular season titles and the 2000-01 tournament champoinship to mark the program's first NCAA tournament appearance.

He was also a two-time winner of the Marian Male Student-Athlete of the Year award.
